Ordered a click and collect said it was supposed to be ready in 30 mins online so sent my partner out to get it for me (as I have a sprained ankle) to not receive a confirmation after well over an hour. So I had to call the store (as the online chat assistant wasn't very helpful) and get it cancelled and refunded (the call was very brief with no explanation to why it wasn't ready on time). He ended up just picking the stuff up instore since he was there. Now he's ordered before to Argyll street and it was ready on time. I ordered the same stuff to the Hamilton store. Boom ready to collect 20 mins. So how come this branch so slow. Nah. I wouldn't order an online click and collect to this branch. They couldn't run a bath.
