Had a particularly bad experience and swore I wouldn’t go back to this location but popped back in when in a hurry. Was treated so rudely that I put back what was in my cart to go to Superdrug across the street where the staff is much more caring

Sad to say incompedent inefficient should not be allowed to dispense medicines that is if they ever get their act together to dispense anything never came upon a chemist so bad - have complained to Boots but seems it is a franchise so pay the money and be as bad as you like - should not be allowed when dealing with life threating medicines

2/ 5

Very nice, well-kept and clean store. Staff at the chemist counter are very friendly too. The reason why I’m only giving two stars though is because of the utter rudeness and disrespect I received from the pharmacy staff. In particular the short woman with dark brown hair with blonde at the end who treated me horrendously and is the reason I’m writing this long review. It’s made me very anxious about picking up my prescriptions and asking for a consult. Please do better Boots.

1/ 5

Staff in this store are really friendly. My only discomfort is being followed around by the security guard as if I am a thief, every turn I take he was behind me or to the side of me. What he does not realise is following someone around is incredibly intimidating and I feel really uncomfortable. As a woman and .. I am often on edge at the best of times especially with a male at the back of me watching my every move. This is the second time I have been in this store and I won’t be back because of the security guard. From reading another comment on here I am glad I am not the only person who feels this way. I work full time and pay my taxes. I find it shocking this is allowed to happen. I think if he done it to me a third time I will not be responsible for my actions
