usually great service and friendly employees but today severley disappointed in the level of service

Despite a card with a tracking number written by delivery staff on 20/07/20 stating it has been held at delivery office, they have managed to lose my parcel!! Despite being promised a phone call today, there has been no response. sorry folks but this is not good service.
