Post Office Ltd glasgow

Terrible experience my poor mum was in tears as the older lady who served her snapped at her for not being loud enough. They really should consider the fact that some people suffer from conditions. Disgusting.

Royal Mail is truly a world leading male institution Royal Mail is one of the world's most famous and best one organisations their standard for Mail delivery is second to none so I give them 5 Stars I salute the staff at Royal Mail...!!!

An absolutely horrendous post office. Often it's queued out of the door. When there's a large queue there's almost always at least one staff member not serving customers. Parking is a nightmare. I now go to the Knightswood post office instead, far more efficient and plenty of free parking right ouside.

Their listing says they're open until 6pm during the week - but don't rush back from work - they actually close the post office at 5:30pm, always have done apparently, and give you right old attitude when you question why it's wrong online!

Staff are so grumpy and look like they’d rather be anywhere else on the planet than in there. Slow service and always with a bad attitude. Guy in the shop is nice.

This Post Office is hopelessly understaffed. Avoid.

Worse than in this department I have never been served anywhere. We didn’t need to arrange a promise outside of Britain.

Used this place a few times over past couple of week. Staff are fast, Friendly & very efficient. Also product knowledge far surpasses any other post offices in the area. Was overcharged by my nearest and Anniesland helped me rectify things. Can’t praise them enough. 6 big boxes needing send second class signed. Excellent!
