Nice instagrammable river views to explore around the university area. Easy to find good Chinese food off campus if and whenever you're missing home. Huge gym right opposite university residential area for those who enjoy a good workout on the treadmill. Clustered residential area makes it easy for post-supper boardgame nights across blocks.

I hated studying here! Spent a terrible year studying masters at stratclyde paying 20 000 pounds. The uni is only money oriented, no proper teaching of the course. No practice at all, just theory that you should learn on your own from youtube! They can only give you tasks, but never teach anything. There was only one young guy Ross who basically was the only one capable of doing something and replying to the questions, almost everything is on him. Also pay attention that most of the 5-star reviews were given by random people that did not study there, but just passed by the location and saw the buildings. Do not waste your money and time on studying at Strathclyde, you will regret it as much as I did!

DON'T WASTE YUUR MONEY AND TIME IN THIS UNI, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY AND NEVER CARE ABOUT STUDENTS.

Amazing TEDx conference is organized in this university every year with speakers coming from all over the world to share inspirational ideas and innovative solutions for global challenges. Highly recommended to attend both the event and the university!

I won't even give 1 star if possible. Attending as undergrad myself in here, for the people still considering here as an option for your future, I would say, choose a different uni if you can. Because this place will waste the most valueable duration all your life. They think they're the first class standard and deserve the same reputation as Uni of Glasgow, but actually they got nothing for you. Irresponsible staff and ridiculous facilities, less support in student life and academic from the teaching staff, before I start the uni, I've never seen any of my lecturers late for joining his students and work every single time and without any proper reasons or apologise...until I come here at MAE. However, the only thing that I have to admit, which is they're really good at advertising themselves once they got any oppotunities. See Cop26 this year, LOL

One of the few places in Glasgow, for swimming that you can walk into, on a Sunday morning without prior booking and still be given a slot!! Great going Strathclyde Sports:)
