Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists – Bradford Idle leeds

Me and my sibling went there a while back (she has glasses I just needed an eye test) when we were there it was great staff were friendly everything was neat and tidy all the customers were happy while they were there. When it came to the eye test they were precise and they even had the option for children (my sister) to go I'm with parents. Everything was great in the opticians room were the eye test was and outside it aswell. they let you choose the design and build of the glasses and they put real effort into everything. The only down side was that we had a slight delay and that I had to say my results to my parents. Love this place 4 stars

Phone and got an appointment within 2 hours. Took my father to have his hearing aids turned up. They gave him a full hearing test and altered his aids accordingly. All for free. (Aids purchased from them 3 years ago). Cheers guys.

Great value with knowledgeable polite staff and management

I didn’t go in to purchase glasses or have an eye test . I went to assess their disability access and treatment . As part of the Specsavers chain I was not disappointed with this branch . Parking is not too much of a problem as there are several disabled parking bays around the complex . The pedestrians have footpath access all along the front and access for wheelchairs is not a problem . The door slides open and the floor is flat and level . There is ample room to move around and browse ! I will assess their customer service at a later time but from what I could see it’s a pleasant environment and I was left to browse .

Very poor experience, went into store at a quiet period due to a problem with my eye after being told to go to the store after visiting a chemist, sat in store for 50minutes without being seen and staff were sat talking in the corner! Disgraceful don’t recommend!

The hearing aid audiogist Ellie was very kind, she was nice and friendly and understanding, she repaired my mum's hearing aids and best thing my mum was so happy she could hear after months of difficulty hearing on the phone. The customer service here at Idle are professional and very friendly. I rang later to thank her

I purchased 2 pairs of glasses for £89.00 - I bought the same for convenience. Sadly they were not great- the glasses frames had a a metal link and would catch my hair. Anyway, I was outside the guarantee but I went to Specsavers to seek help. They kindly replaced my glasses with new frames and were brilliant with my situation. Thank you Specsavers
