Just moved to outside the Broadway, lovely staff and a needed presence in the City.

I've always found the service at the Victoria centre of Specsavers to be impeccable. Even if I needed a small screw tightened on the new specs or a new part for the nose bridge,they know how important their work is.

Much better service now and bigger premises means more customers can be seen, so I had an appointment straight away. The staff was really nice and helpful, so I liked the services. The only downside was that they do not provide any of buy now pay later options as most of frames are really expensive, actually this service would be beneficial for them too. That only I didn't like and stay for now with vision express.

A shadow of its former self when it was once located on Darley street. Once the move has taken place to Broadway,it had lost its friendly and welcoming vibe replaced with a clinical and robotic service. Disappointing overall.

Great service as always reception lady very helpful and knowledgeable helped with my enquiry and resolved.
