The best service I could have asked for! All the staff was friendly and helpful. Faye, who was the solicitor I was dealing with, was exceptional! Please do not use this company. Had the most horrific experience selling my house. I had used them 3 years ago and seemed to have no issues - only to find out when I came to sell the house that they had 'forgotten' to register the land. Having found this out, they refused to answer the phone or speak to me for three weeks. I escalated this to a senior partner who again ignored me for weeks until I threatened to stand outside their offices with a placard!! Even after this, I had problem after problem caused by the utter incompetence of everyone I spoke to in the company. Their own staff member advised me to report them and was shocked at the amount and kind of mistakes that had been made. Additionally, Ison Harrison did not carry out correct searches when I bought the property so having come to sell it, this cost more and delayed the sale for 7 months, in the end I had to rent my house to the buyer to stop them pulling out. No registration of the land in error and ignored for weeks on end with an absolute refusal to take my calls followed by mistake after mistake.. You know your solicitor has failed when your buyers solicitor copies you into an e-mail asking, and I quote 'Seriously, do you actually know what you are doing? ... I had to draw a picture for you to get you to understand and - naively - I thought that the penny had dropped but clearly not! ... You're making a mess of this, please hurry up and get it done correctly.' I will never ever use this firm again and would advise anyone thinking of doing so to go elsewhere.

Stay away!!!!!!! Working for an international law firm for over a decade I know what is good and what is bad. I would have used my own firm if they did this kind of work but unfortunately small work like this is not something they undertake. Throughout the year of dealings to complete on a new build the staff have been friendly but we have also had rude, unprofessional, absent, ignorant and unable to follow their own email trails leaving us delayed. The sales team of the developer have also told us they experienced a lot of issues and that they just can’t see the firm was capable of handling this level of work. We looked at reviews prior to choosing Ison Harrison and so I help leaving our own helps others.
