Unfortunately , they did not hadle my brothers house purchase well .It dragged on for nearly 3 month

Unfortunately , they did not hadle my brothers house purchase well .It dragged on for nearly 3 months . They have merged with Lawrence Chadwick approx 12 months ago However they failed to fully explain this when my brother sorted his morgage. Hence all the financial paperwork from his bank was made out to Godloves.Due to this it took a further 4 weeks to get Santander to draw up fresh morgage docs headed Lawrence Chadwick.. Very frustrating .
