Best price I could find. EM sent code required for travel forms straight away. Which intern gives the QR code required for travel forms. They were posted recorded and we had emails stating when they were expected to arrive. Test carried of day 2 return, took 5 days for the results to be emailed through. I did have to drop them an email to ask where the results were. Which is fine for us, as were not required to isolate. So the service is as expected. But probably not an ideal turnaround time for those who are required to isolate.

As other reviewers, there is no option for no stars. I sent back my returned from holiday test 8 days ago!!! No results, nothing!!! I have emailed and attempted to phone many many times. Nothing!!! I have now been back in the country 11 days!! What is the point the government telling us to do this. Waste of money!!

cheap n reliable. very good customer service. Am very happy with Expert Medical. I've made the mistake in address and there sorted it out very quickly. Answered my call n if wasn't Answer got a call back from them straight away. Thank you.

Test arrived on time, sent off same day, NO RESULTS! The only good thing about using this company is that they are the cheapest but you pay for the test but no result. The government need you to have a code from these companies to put onto your return to UK form. Just use this company to get that as that's all you need. No one checks on your two day test to ask if you've done it or had a result. No one seems to care. It is all just a money making box ticking operation. Use this company just for the code. Do an NHS test to see if you're clear. Oh and the website states over and over again NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. so technically you are giving away your money and not getting what you are paying for but they seem to be exempt from any rules regarding fair practice. Amazing. Looking forward to the day travellers are not bent right over to travel.

Just had my second experience of Expert Medical and I am thoroughly satisfied . Confirmation email was informative Received test before we travelled. Instructions clear Prepaid postage into priority post box . Result back very quickly. Overall a great experience and expert medicals seem to have a very good product and process at a great price. Thanks
