After receiving a text months ago informing me the surgery was open Saturdays, I drove over to make an appointment as the ansa phone was on and no one picking up, but I found the surgery to be locked up and closed. Also Morris lane surgery closed. This is bad patient relations and very inconvenient. If opening days had changed I would expect to have been informed. Disgraceful and poor surgery conduct. I shall be looking to transfer to a more professional surgery .

Fantastic doctors surgery, couldn’t wish for better. Ten years ago the support they gave my husband and I as we cared for my Grandma at end of life was excellent and I was very relieved to find that standards had not dropped at all when my husband became very poorly earlier this year and needed a lot of support. The receptionists are friendly and professional, the doctors are knowledgeable and happy to research and find diagnosis needed and the care we’ve had from the district nurse team that we were referred to has been exemplary. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone local. Thank you for everything.

This surgery is a lot of effort, ignorance and unsympathetic doctors. Getting an appointment is a lucky dip in the first place. If you are looking for a new surgery, look elsewhere. In the future id rather take my chances with the awful takaway up the road than with this house of flying daggers, conduct here is more suitable for something to be aired on UKTV gold. And before i recieve the auto response from the surgery stating that my opinion is not valid, i do not wish to waste any more time 'discussing' my concerns. I am posting this to warn others of the sorry state of the place, and save them the time and frustration.

Don’t know why it’s rated a 3.5* Doctors are great, they go the extra mile for there patients, especially dr Antony & Dr Geraghty but he’s no longer with vesper road GP. They can not help if there fully booked up with appointments. Best thing to do is the online E consultation they ring you back within a day or two to discuss your symptoms and then get you booked in. Every time I’ve been they’ve resolved every issue of mine and being very efficient. reception staff are always lovely, no body seems to give them credit neither, haven’t got a bad thing to say, Thank you.

Came in to the surgery today (01/10/2020) to enquire about registering as I have recently moved. The man who was behind reception (he had glasses, I believe his name was Bradley?) was absolutely lovely. What a friendly guy. Great service.
