Early Pregnancy, Well-being, Gender & 4D Baby Scans Leeds – Window to the Womb leeds

We chose Window to the Womb - Farsley for our early gender scan which we had last week. This place is amazing, the ladies who worked that day were so lovely. It was such an exciting experience for us both and our family members who came. Will 100% be booking a 3D scan wheb I'm further on to see what our baby girl looks like ❤️

This is my second pregnancy that I’ve had scans for with window to the womb. The staff are always exceptional - warm, friendly, professional. The clinic is clean with a relaxing atmosphere. A calming memorable experience from start to finish. Thank you to Becky & Maria & all other staff - you were all down to earth & amazing. Warm Regards RB

I was hesitant about having a 4D scan at first due to the lack of success with my hospital scans. I agreed and I’m so grateful I did! Not only have I got to see my baby I’ve had a great experience while doing so! All the staff were lovely and friendly, the welcome was warm and the efforts to make each and every person involved was just amazing. I would 100% recommend that if anyone should ever want a 4D scan to go here! Absolutely one of the best experiences of my life!

We attended Tonight for our daughters well being and gender reveal scan. we were passed a form to fill in asked to pay and sit down. It soon became apparent that the evening was clearly over booked and were left feeling rather like a production line. What was supposed to be a very exciting and fun event was let down very quickly. The waiting room area is very cold feeling and cheap the staff were very busy we were not made to welcome or special. When we were eventually called 20 minutes late to which no one had explained they were running late or apologised to, we were made to feel uncomfortable and like an inconvience in the room as there was confusion as to who had called us in. we were trying to video call our son who couldn't be there in person we were very rudely and abruptly told no video calls or phones were allowed and signs were everywhere. only one sign which was behind as you entered the darkened room. Again very abruptly we were told seats are there. On several occasions during the scan members of staff were in and out of the room opening the door very wide to a busy waiting area. The whole experience was ruined and quite honestly left us feeling as though we had robbed of the event and our money. I would never recommend this place to anyone and will never use it again. Appalling customer service.

Visited Leeds Farsley 9/01/2019 Appointment was 20 mins late, with no explanation on entry. Just asked to pay and told to sit down. Upon entering the room there was some confusion as to who had called us, making the situation uncomfortable and awkward. I was rudely spoken to by a member of the team for having my phone on Facetime , as a family member couldn't be with us on the precious occasion. Being spoken to so rudely created an awful atmosphere and I was rudely told that there were signs everywhere - there was one in the scan room itself and upon entry you would have your back to it, also the room is dark (the sign isn't that visible). There were people leaving/entering the room once my sister had already laid on the bed, showing complete disregard for her privacy. The waiting room was full at this point, as the team were running so behind. To top it off our appointment was then interrupted, as they needed to transfer the previous ladies images. It seemed like a shambles and if it wasn't supposed to be a joyous occasion, we would have asked for a refund and simply left. Poor experience and most definitely would not recommend.

It was our first time visiting and we had an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff are wonderful and very welcoming. When our little boy wouldn't play ball for a nice 4D picture, they told us to have a little walk and come back to see if they could get us a couple more nice pictures. I couldn't ask for better service!!

We have been twice to window to the womb. Once for our gender scan and secondly for the 4D scan. Both visits have been excellent. The staff are warm and friendly and we felt very welcome. The 4D scan was such a magical experience. Thank you all x

Really wonderful experience for our 4D scan. Friendly, kind and helpful staff. We had a previous bad experience at another well known scan company (not window to the womb) but this experience well and truly made up for that. Thank you. Highly recommend
