Excellent customer service. The woman who took our booking was very helpful and patient. Relatively clean. Popcorn was fluffy but the nachos were not nice. I think it’s great that they let u take your own snacks in cos we had 6 kids and it would have been really expensive to buy them each popcorn. Overall a good experience and recommend it

Excellent place for a day out. You can enjoy movies, bowling and foods. The parking is free and there are lots of food shops like pizza hut and nando's. MacDonald is also just two minutes away. You can easily reach there by bus from the Leeds city centre or other parts of the Leeds or Bradford, if you don't want to drive.

It's very expensive but you will know that. As for the staff if you can find them there the ones in the uniforms that if you ask a question they don't know the answer and have to go find someone else in a uniform all I asked was which screen is Hobbs and Shaw showing on not what's the answer to the mystery of the universe or why Hobbs and Shaw was called Fast and Furious when it's nothing to do with it but any way the film was good the treats were very expensive the cinema was full of noisey peeps who can't control there bladder I am old and have better bladder control any way now I have to stop moaning and go pee go see the film it's good

It looks bigger than the one in the light but the seats are of a cheaper quality and the hall is not big enough so the bottom 3 rows were in the same level thank God we decided to get the top row. What is good is the parking which is a great help

Really good value tickets and comfortable seats. The food is more expensive than in a restaurant, but cheaper than food in a London airport. I got ice cream which is one of the more affordable options. Delicious too.

Still ridiculously expensive to buy food and drink, sort of expected though when there are more staff in the building than customers. Works better from a distancing point of view, though, someone was sat right next to our reserved seat but there was so much space it didn't even matter🤷🏾‍♂️ Felt like air conditioning was up full, take a good coat and keep it on during the film

I haven't been to Kirkstall Vue Cinema in years and I am so impressed with the electric recliner armchair which now boasts a tray and cup holder for your food and beverages. It comes as standard. I know you all knew it before me, but I have to get my 2 cent worth in 😆 It was truly an amazing experience for me. I want to go back now and will do very soon. 🥰📽🎞

Good cinema, very convenient for parking. Good range of films. But I found the screens a bit small, and the food selection is limited. Even the employees recommend bringing in food from outside.
