We booked - in good faith - a holiday at the superstore in birstall in March 2019 for a trip to Vienna for the Christmas markets - considering it was a good safe bet with tui being a good reputable organisation. Then we were informed in August that our holiday had been cancelled due to the collapse of superbreak. Since then tui have been avoiding our calls or simply stating they have ‘no information at the current time’ and are being unhelpful/negative generally. We thought we had booked with tui not suoerbreak and have not received our £1800 back and it is looking more unlikely as the days go by! Tui should take responsibility - I understand there are more people than us and have more money at stake but the management of this has been very bad - we have nothing in writing regarding the cancellation just a girl saying so on the phone - very very poor - DO NOY USE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY
