When my shirts were first collected there were black marks on both of them - clearly from something done during the cleaning process. When I pointed this out to the employee it was dismissed. After seeing my initial grumble on here the owner contacted me to rectify the issue. Pleased to say that the second time they are cleaner than ever. This is a family company who seems to care about customer satisfaction. I'll be using them again despite my initial experience

Left the wife's dress last week and asked how much he looked at the dress and said seen as its not silk £9.50. Picked up today £14 ! I said why he said because it's a full length dress. That's a 50% increase on the price quoted !

They advertise VERY clearly that they collect from Easingwold. Trying to get the relevant info regarding price, collection/delivery options, was incredibly painful. He also couldn't give me an idea of how many clothes 10kg would include - important info for a customer and something he SHOULD know. When I finally asked to arrange a collection of laundry, he then emailed me back and said they don't collect from Easingwold, try the dry cleaners there instead!!! Unprofessional doesn't even start to describe the quality of service we received.
