Parmolicious Bradford leeds

First time i have ordered from here. Absolutely appalled by their customer service. I ordered 3 drinks, they don’t give you drinks with the meals. So 80p additional for each can. My total was 20.36. I gave the delivery driver 20.50, i got no change and when i checked my order, i only got 2 drinks. When i rang the shop, i didn’t want my change, all i wanted an apology, and i would’ve been fine. But all he kept saying was erm. I ended up cutting him off. I mean if he just said sorry, i would have been fine. I would never order again. If i could give zero stars, i would..

I'm very impressed. Delivery quick and the Parmos were superb. Had to finish in 2 sittings as the portions were huge. Will order again.

Tried it and it was great. Authentic Mexican food!a very very good food and clean is the bats Mexican restaurant it's real Mexican food I love it, just an old reliable great food establishment that speaks for itself!Good food at a reasonable price, ordered over phone but still had to wait another 15 minutes during a busy evening. Honest opinion. Rate them among top food outlets in Bradford overall . They have Quality food with reasonable price. Their staff is friendly. Recommend everyone to eat in as the place is nice or order food delivery if feeling lazy. Stay Blessed and keep it up.

Doesn’t even deserve one star... the order took 2 hours to be delivered which we were then given someone else’s order upon ringing them they said the driver will come back and give us our food, driver had only just left so assumed it would be a few minutes, and an hour later we still hadn’t received the food so called and were told they were not going to bring our order to us?!? Ordered through just eat so had to go through them for a refund which was not fully compensated as the delivery charge is not included in the refund.

I only ordered from this place based on past reviews. The food came cold with missing item, for god sake it's Monday. Food wasn't anything especial, I have had better Parmesan. My bad may be I have picked a wrong night.

Nice parmesan. Salad was not fresh. Overall chips and parmesan was decent. Standard service.

Mash'Allah very nice parmesans. I ordered two both hot shots -fish & chicken. Both very good sized portions, complimented with sauces and salad. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to all. Only downside if it is one, they only accept cash and no card payments.
