The Stone Roses Bar leeds

Best place to go at 2pm that has drinks. Music is great. There is nothing quite like 100 or so people belting out Mr Brightside. Naturally the toilets are pretty grim.

Who doesn't like a dark, dingy and slightly sticky indie/rock bar? The music hit my genre perfectly, Arctic Monkeys - Oasis - Wombats - The Strokes - The Cure - Blur and of course The Stone Roses. And that only names a few! All staff were friendly, from the bouncers all the way through, drinks weren't too expensive. There's something special about a can or red stripe and a heavy base song

Was having a joken mosh with a dear friend of mine when a bouncer approached and aggressively suggested we stop what we're doing it. Later he did the same and given my level of intoxication, I decided to throw a poker face his way despite my slender frame. He asked if there was a problem and if we needed to go outside to which point my my senses came back to me and I told him everything was fine. But it wasn't. I felt like whatever puny manhood I had had been eradicated by this guys aged intimidating gaze. Needless to say I ran home like a scared little boy. Don't go stone roses.

Great atmosphere and indie music

Simply love this place! Dancing the night away to my favourite tunes... It can't be beaten.

Good place which is open untill early morning and has good music and booze. Staffs are gems.
