Went yesterday for a wash and mini-valet, was told when I got there that my car is too messy and that it’s going to cost £15 total (normal price is £12 for 4x4). Clearly this sort of establishment expect your car to be spotless when you turn up for a mini-valet. In addition after getting home I realised that they didn’t even do a proper job with several areas still being dirty such as the cup holder etc - see attached pics. Won’t be returning again. Shame for the owners that they‘ve lost a regular customer for squabbling over £3 and not even doing a decent job
