Great service and advice. Extremely competitive. Fitting of kitchen went without any major issues but make sure you get a copy of everything agreed because they often forget what was agreed. Fitters very professional and competent. Highly recommended provided you agree everything in writing before.

Very easy to order online. Updated with delivery information. Delivered really quickly. Driver called before delivery and was very friendly. Good quality products would highly recommend Modern Living as so easy and great quality goods that are not available in local stores.

I am sitting at home on hold waiting for modern living to answer the phone. I paid for a kitchen extractor and next day delivery on Friday, it is now Wednesday. APC were supposed to deliver before 1600 yesterday so I waited in all day. What do I do now? I cant get hold of APC or Modern Living. This is shoddy

I am from Sheffield and purchased bathroom items and a kitchen with quartz work top and toughened glass splash back. The products are of great quality and the service is brilliant and prices are good. Me and my family are really happy with kitchen and bathroom. I wish I could send pictures of kitchen and bathroom. I bought full bathroom suit, tiles, adhesive, grout, trims, ceiling cladding, taps they even provided the tile spacers! Mav did a great job as I changed my mind on the sink from the original suite and that's after he ordered me from the manufacturer (sorry for the hassle once again ) but he remained patient and took it in his stride and didn't charge me any extra for the last min change. Highly recommended this company they have a great showroom and brilliant customer service. Keep up the good work!!!

We got bathroom fittings and furniture from Modern living kitchens. We were very pleased with their service. Particularly like to commend Adnan who was extremely professional. helpful and courteous in his dealings. Highly recommend them.

Integrated Bosch microwave ordered to be installed in new kitchen next week so not checked if working but no damage to goods that I can see, price excellent and delivery good. Would recommend Modern Living so far and would use again. Fab!

His prices change drastically by the day. There is a bathroom showroom opposite the mirage Hall on Thornton Road. It is far better.

Placing the order was easy and simple. Delivery was made fairly quickly. Delivery driver was considerate and efficient. I bought the 6 Hob gas worktop cooker and looks like its in good condition. Haven't fitted it in yet but will do so by next week. I hope it will work fine.
