Had a great cut and love Thier idea behind long-term thinking on the hairstyles. Was greatly received by the staff and was given a drink on request (absolutely amazing) . After the cut please to try the hair wash , because hair wash here ends with a nice massage on your head which feels so amazing . Overall one of the best hair saloons in Leeds. Hoping to visit again!

Rude staff no sense of talking no manners at all .so stuck up never use them

Fabulous! Just the results I was looking for, the stylist listened to my needs then created a new style cut and colour that I’m very pleased with ! Would recommend !

Not great. First time at Toni and Guy and my last. Hate the cut ..managed to make my wavy hair look strangley. Used so much product that it made my husband weezy and i am still trying to wash it out! Waiting for it to grow out and then returning to my usual hair dresser.

Maria has been cutting my hair for over 15 years now. I moved house several years ago & tried to find a local hairdresser but couldn't find anyone that cut my hair anywhere near as well as Maria. She is worth the long drive. She gives good advice & is able to cut my hair well for wearing curly & straight. She is friendly, bubbly & chatty. She makes you feel relaxed in her company. She is very kind hearted, down to earth & always very professional. I would highly recommend Maria.

LEFT IN TEARS!! DREADFUL service!!! I’ve been going to Toni and Guy salons for almost 20 years and will never go to one again! I was late for my appointment due to an accident on the road, so I called ahead to check that they could still see me, which they said they could. When I knew I’d be about 20 min late, I called again to let them know and check they could still see me which they said they could. I couldn’t find parking so as I was running late I paid £25 to get my car washed even though it was clean, just so that I could dump my car and run to the salon as they said they’d still see me only to be told when I got there that they couldn’t as I was 20 min late!! After they’d JUST told me to still come as they could!! Not only was I getting my hair cut as it’s my birthday in a few days time, but I have a toddler and a 3 month old baby who I breastfeed so leaving him for a few hours has to be timed meticulously. The woman on reception was so unhelpful. I asked if someone else could see me, explaining all of the above but she wasn’t even willing to try. The shop floor was completely empty and she said they’re all on their lunch and she couldn’t disturb them on their break. I was so upset and left in tears!! As a chain, they clearly don’t care about making exceptions or bending over backwards for their clients. Disgusting display of a complete lack of empathy and understanding and she wasted my time telling me to continue making my way, only to tell me they couldn’t see me. She should have just told me when I called. They would have ruined my day had it not been for Russel Eaton who saw me instead, did an amazing job on my hair and were a LOT friendlier!! Would definitely recommend Russel Eaton, NOT Toni and Guy! Having been a loyal customer of theirs in other branches for almost 20 years, they’ve lost touch with their customers and clearly don’t care anymore. Won’t be going to a Toni and Guy EVER again after that display and wasting my time!!

I haven’t visited Toni and Guy for some years. I had my hair cut by Rob who incidentally cut my hair years ago when I lived in Leeds. A lovely and friendly salon that takes times discussing what you actually want. I am going to make the journey to Leeds now as I’d forgotten just how brilliant a Toni and Guy cut and dry is. I love my hair and I’ve never been as pleased with my hair when I’ve had it cut at other salons. Very friendly and attentive.

It is always a joy to get my hair done here. The service is excellent and comes with a smile. The quality of the hair cut is superb and lasts very well and just what you would expect from a business with such high standards and the best training school.

Toni&Guy took great care of me and made an excellent good at colouring my hair exactly how I wanted it. They listened to me and provided exceptional service to me and my mum.

Had a really good colour and cut. They didn't mind my young child being with me and were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Importantly, I was listened to and they respected my choice. Definitely recommend and will go there for a top up before my wedding next month. Thank you for being lovely and nice.
