So this review is about a year overdue, I bought a Audi A3 s-line from them. Took the train to Leeds from Lowestoft and drove the car home. Fast forward a month and the car developed a problem with the fuel pump, I contacted Shaun and expected the usual ‘used car, not our problem’ scenario. I was shocked when Shaun said to pay for it to go and be diagnosed locally and to send him the bill. I did and sadly the outcome wasn’t good, the car needed a new high pressure fuel pump. I contacted Shaun and sent him the diagnosis. Again I was shocked when I was asked what I wanted to do, did I want to return the car for a full refund or have them collect and get it repaired. I opted for the refund and the next day a low loader came to collect the car and the money was back in my account about 5 minutes after I let him know it had been collected. The experience left me with faith that there are decent honest people left in the world, it was no hassle, no arguing, just a businessman who wanted to make sure his customer was happy. The only shame was that he didn’t have anything else in stock that I could afford as I would have happily had another one from him. When the time comes to get another car I will be looking at tong parks stock first and hopefully dealing with them again. If your looking at one of their cars and are nervous about buying a used car, don’t be. Fantastic company to deal with.
