Please pass on my sincere thanks to Royce who was fantastic at keeping me regularly informed. He was always polite and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. If it hadn’t been for him I would probably have gone elsewhere as I was pretty annoyed when I arrived to be told the person I was meant to be seeing wasn’t in. Royce turned the whole situation around which resulted in me ordering a new car. I would definitely recommend the garage but would advise asking for Royce when booking an appointment; he is an asset to your organisation.

I recently test drove a Mazda 2 and was looked after by Joe. I have had dealings with several different dealerships recently and can honestly say that Joe's customer service was leagues above anything else I've experienced. Both friendly and professional I am just sorry that in the end I decided not to buy a Mazda as he really did deserve the sale.
