No v5,no service record book pack ,valet was shocking,tyre pressure light on,no fuel although was promised fuel by the salesman, handover and explanation of the controls was non existent,he didn't know how to reset tyre light,no offer to set phone up,car got a hose to clear all the tree buds and sap sitting on the roof, interior windows filthy,not finished with this yet,trading standards in Leeds next call Just dealt with nick the sales manager and he has sorted most of the issues out,if only this had been done properly first time,thank you nick for resolving the problems, If in doubt speak to the manager, job done happy customer

I was very pleased to find a hard-to-beat offer on a used car here. Salesman, Mr Kevin, was very polite and a pleasure to chat with. There was no pressure fealt during testing, and since we are local to Leeds, we even could test drive it without him. Definetly helped reduce the stress! Long story short we are very pleased with purchase and looking forward to dealing again with the company, this time servicing-wise! 5/5

Kevin very rude, always talks over you when you're trying to talk to him and he doesn't care, just wants your money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE! THEY CHARGE YOU £99 ADMIN FEE WITHOUT TELLING YOU!!! They say its a deposit for a car to hold it for you, so I said take £100 but they didn't, they took £99 to cover the admin fee!!! LIARS!! STAY AWAY. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. DISGUSTING

I recently bought a Ford Mondeo from Leeds Motor Company. They are delightful and helpful people to deal with and when I had a problem a few days after taking delivery they immediately co-operated with me in resolving the issue although I live 90 miles away....outstanding service. I was looking for a car to lower my monthly payments and Kevin went above and beyond to get me the best deal on the car I wanted. Everything went through quickly and smoothly and I drove away with my new car the following week. The car was absolutely spotless and I can’t be more thankful to Kevin for his help.

Brilliant experience today, no pressure at all, Kevin let us just take the keys and go out for 40 minutes for a test drive (and also has good banter). Car was in fantastic condition and also got us better rate secured for finance than quoted on Autotrader. Kevin was able to sort it so we drove away the same day within a couple of hours of viewing the car. Very happy with everything. Definitely recommend 10/10. No messing about, upfront and honest.

Had a great experience buying a car from James. Very accommodating from initial enquiry through to purchase. We discovered a minor fault after purchase but the team worked immediately to fix it.
