Really pleased with our Balham kitchen from Howdens. Excellent measuring and design service from Neil and Alex and even though I changed my mind a few times on the type of kitchen they couldn’t have been more professional and patient. If you are looking for a joiner to fit your kitchen I can highly recommend without any doubt Steve Mennel of SCM Interiors for an excellent prompt service and outstanding workmanship. He is very reliable, arriving when he says he will and clears up at the end of the day. He also kept us informed of how everything was progressing and his attention to detail was impressive, every care was taken to ensure a precise and professional finish. We are delighted with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Howdens and Steve at SCM Interiors.

From start to finish the service was excellent. We met Neil who planned our kitchen, he listened to what we wanted and we changed nothing from the first design. Neil is a person who you can relate too and is very professional in his approach to everything , giving such valuable advice . We chose a joiner from the cards and again hit the jackpot with Steve Mennel from SCM Interiors . Steve is not just a joiner he is a craftsman . He discussed everything with us and started our refurbishment 10 days later. Two men Neil and Steve are the very best , everything went perfectly and we now have a beautiful kitchen . Steve tiled and also laid the floor which was perfect. Everyone at Howdens took a part in this process from Zoe who would magic different items up and Paul the manager who checked that all was going well and the lovely Stacey who called with an item we needed I think the best review anyone can give is the fact that our neighbours popped in to look at the kitchen and were so impressed they have had one installed again choosing Neil and Steve. If you want an excellent job with no hidden extras just ask for Team Howden at Cemetery Road and Steve Mennel from SCM Interiors and you can be sure of the very best .
