5/ 5

Move It Removals made our big family move from West London to Southern Europe so easy. We came across the team by chance, but what a stroke of luck that was. From the moment we made contact with Move It, we felt in safe hands. They were transparent with costs (charging less than many other companies we had approached offering a similar service), were clear on the process ahead of our move, and were hard-working and very friendly on the day. We can’t praise our move team highly enough for their speed, honesty, clarity and good cheer at what was a stressful time for us. We’d like to give special mention to Simon, who led the team and made sure we felt at ease and knew everything that was going on from start to finish. His communication skills are excellent and we were fortunate to have found someone we were able to trust with our plans and possessions. Simon also made arrangements with an excellent local company for the onward transportation of our belongings to our new home, which was a huge help. And a big thanks to Mel who wrapped dozens of our smaller items individually – a laborious task that he undertook with grace and good humour. Mel – EVERYTHING, even the most fragile items, arrived intact, thanks to your diligence. We are so grateful. We won’t hesitate to recommend the team to our family and friends considering a move. They make a tough job look easy and, as a result, they minimise the stress of moving for their customers. Just brilliant. Mr. & Mrs. Grant
