Went to collect Wish order this morning and the son of owner couldnt find it we called back and now

Went to collect Wish order this morning and the son of owner couldnt find it we called back and now showing on wish we collected the item. We have not recieved the item and I'm fuming they say we collected this morning. Terrible customer service and tried to say to my wife shes collected days ago. That is impossible as it was only available for collection since last night. Do not use this store to collect your stuff. This is second time not the first it's only £4 order but wow it's made me really mad
