I trained here in 1990 loved the place i was only 16, i trained here up the age of 21, then moved away... i stopped training up until the age of 30. Then released what foundation i had built from the first gym i loved... nabba 2009 3rd first times... that was enough.. no.... i got all the way to nabba universe
