The gym might be good but the function room has closed so they are not taking bookings any more and

The gym might be good but the function room has closed so they are not taking bookings any more and they cancelled my friends daughters 18th party with no explanation and they had to fight to get there money back. As I understand they couldn't get staff to work the bar.

The staff are all lovely and helpful but "DW Fitness" as a brand is extremely poor and is lacking in customer care. Members are just numbers. The cleanliness is average; poor in the pool side changing rooms and pool water clarity is dull/murky. They've got rid of the ladies weight section and you have to go around looking for equipment regularly. It had a revamp but the rubber floors are now lifting.
