The staff are wonderful and this review is not aimed at the store staff but management. You have lost my custom by not allowing people to try fetish clothing on/or accept any returns. Rubber is incredibly expensive and needs to fit. The rubber community is very close knit and always ask for recommendations for retailers. I would suggest that you don't bother to stock fetish items unless you can do it properly. Every other fetish retailer I've ever visited has been happy to accommodate in any way possible and then end up with my repeat custom. The fesish community has very expensive hobbies and the management be wise to think on that.

Friendly staff but make sure the DVD is compatible with your player as they won't exchange, even if it is due to the dvd itself being an old one. I would say avoid buying from here to be safe!!

I visited Simply Pleasure (Leeds) to get something for the girlfriends birthday. Initially I was very nervous as it was my first time in such a store but was greeted by the staff and put at ease straight away. I was amazed by the wide selection of Toys, DVD's and bondage items and was offered all the advice I needed and found them to be extremely helpful. I left feeling very satisfied with my toy purchases - Even took advantage of their 3 for 2 offer and the pair of us are over the moon with our new products. You'll definitely be seeing our faces again!
