Typical agent disappointingly.... was encouraged to submit an offer on a property on the advise this would remove it from sale if accepted. This didnt happen and instead they used my offer to promote the fact they had an offer and others should rush to bid to create a bidding war. My offer was left in limbo for 4 weeks while they used it as leverage to create demand and urgancy. Called under a faulse name and was told they advised there client to go to best and finals yet told me the opposite and i needed to get an offer in early which was a total lie. On discussing the best and final offer process they didnt even really know how it worked as they told me i could re-bid even after a best and final offer was accepted!! Weird they dont even know there own job and I had to educate them on the right process. This might not be company wide but Jack Manchester really was shocking from day 1. Communication is none existant and i would urge you to avoid.
