Tried many landlords in Leeds and Leeds Properties have been by far the best. Omar always responds quickly and Omar is reasonable and accommodating, after having troubles with every agency so far it's refreshing to find an exceptional one.

The property we moved into was not maintained to anywhere near the acceptable standard. The landlord who also owned the letting agency constantly ignored our phone calls and Leeds Properties used the excuse that they do not have the power to do anything numerous times, leading to an endless cycle of the agents referring us to landlord and vice versa. I would warn anyone away from using this letting agency as myself and fellow students are now embroiled in a situation where the landlord is unwilling to give us back our deposits even though we vacated the property leaving it looking a lot better than when we first moved in. Unipol is also going to be made aware of how these people operate in the hope that other students don't fall victims to these terrible people.

I rented under these 2015-2016. As mentioned by other people avoid this company at all costs. The staff are rude and unhelpful. I had a woman called Sue speak to me very rudely over the phone when we first moved in. We complained because the property had not been cleaned, there was broken glass, and rubbish left everywhere. She was rude and unhelpful on the phone so I asked to speak to a manager and he was even worse! We had an array of problems from the word go. There was mould, the freezer was sporadic often causing all of our food to defrost, the roof was dodgy.. when it rained it rained on my housemates bed!! They simply did not care. II emailed and telephone called them a minimum of biweekly and they still never sorted the problems out. It took a visit from environmental health some months later for them to actually patch the roof up. The only silver lining is they didn't take anything out of our deposit.. not sure what they would have needed to do that for though because you can't polish a turd! Avoid!!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Horrendous service, awful grim property with many leaky pipe & rat issues. Avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid.

The guy had loud music on in the car which wasn't great and didn't like the property
