Absolutely awful company with awful people. Refuse to help, fail to deliver on any promises. Only care for money, and rent far too high for what you get. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Wow, so to get our deposit back they expect the carpets to be fully hoovered. And yet, refuse to provide a hoover. They expect us to buy it. Taking the piss doesn't capture it. A truly appalling company.

Absolutely terrible. They don't run checks on the landlords and properties they have and let the tenants deal with landlords that are unprofessional and unhelpful.

Useless. Staff incredibly rude. Leak in roof wasn’t fixed for weeks, failed to live up to promises. Stay away.

No problems throughout the tenancy, maintenance issues were dealt with promptly.

We had to change our tenant and the whole process had been incredibly difficult with members of staff being very vague and unhelpful which meant some of the house members went in to the office to try and sort it out. A week or so later they messed up the rent collection contract again and when calling and trying to explain an employee said we’ve dealt with this a hundred times when you came in and hung up on me. I called back again and luckily got someone more helpful who realised we were right and that they had actually undercharged us a months rent and sorted this out. The whole business seems to be very unprofessional and not really know what they’re doing. Update: spoke to Danny about this situation and he was very helpful and if it was based on his responses alone would have been 5 stars.

The employee are so rude and they even refuse to give me back my money even though they are supposed to

Terrible service to say the least. Cowboy builders and awful admin! I have recently rented with Oasis Properties & moved out over a month ago. But yet to receive my agreed deposit. We have sent the appropriate information in a timely fashion to receive our deposit but still seem to be empty handed. Oasis Properties are unable to be proactive or honest in regards to our deposit redress, I've never experienced such poor organisation and bad service. I highly recommend to avoid this agency.

Signed for a property on the basis it was being refurbished for our arrival. This never happened. Mould in the basement room resulted in a chronic chest infection not to mention issues with rats from an industrial bin and the property having no front door. Issues often took many months to resolve. As a student i recommend you avoid. Shop around early and view as many as possible to avoid tough learning experiences.

They are Full of fake promises and barely respond to emails. they turn up without any notice a lot, for the price you pay, which is already too much they will also try and squeeze money out of you by over charging you for a lock on bedrooms doors which should be included for safety and privacy reasons. We found this house not in a clean state at all and before moving out, want it cleaned or they are going to charge us for cleaner's. Not a good STUDENT letting agency at all and won't be going with them again.
