3/ 5

I rented a property from Adair Paxton for two years and I have to say their service was distinctly average. They were fairly efficient when it came to signing the contracts at the start of our tenancy, and again when we moved out; however, during the interim period, there was a general lack of assistance. Whenever we had a problem with our flat (broken fixtures and fittings etc.) it took an age for anything to be repaired. The fact that things broke was, of course, beyond their control, but you would expect your estate agent to make the effort to respond quickly to such issues and have the general courtesy to respond to e-mails and so forth. All in all, Adair Paxton are not great, but not terrible either. I wouldn't recommend them to a friend. I'm sure there are better agents to be found in the Leeds area.

This letting agency demands that you have an employment contract in order to be able to sign a lease. This is incredibly ableist as I am unable to work due to certain disabilities. I receive more than enough income in benefits to be able to afford their properties, however Adair Paxton LLP is too good to house disabled people.

I'd agree with previous reviews. Adair Paxton were quick to get paperwork sorted for renting the property then any communication afterwards was poor. Emails weren't answered, and the regular property checks were never followed through even after agreeing a time and date for me to book time off work and sit at home with no one coming to the property after all. Just okay but wouldn't recommend based on poor communication.
