I’m at a loss to why anybody use this company to find a new tenants for you home I tried to call these people on 5 occasions the number for York office it said on advert ask to speek to a Libby jolly at Bolton abbey estate which doesn’t even have a telephone finally a very abrupt rude lady said I will get someone to call me back 5 times I tried over 7 days not once did I get a call back I gave in then today I spotted a house in Halton east that had just being put on with a very poor discription I rang the same office to get another very rude clueless unprofessional who new nothing about this property I informed her I was on my way to view house and to please get Libby to ring me urgently I tried 6 times to ring number only to get a answer phone saying nobody is here and on vacation it’s now 12 hours later no phone call from anybody from savills this is the 2nd house I’ve tried to view with no effort please think very hard if you want to rent your house in Bolton Abby area don’t go with this estate agent never have I come across a company who is so rude and unprofessional don’t care don’t ever ring back AVIOD this appalling customer service
