A member of staff at this branch breached data protection by taking my details from a account application I had applied for looking up my name on Facebook and then harassing me with messages and turning up at my business premises weekly. When I had finally had enough and had to involve the police she apologised and how did this bank compensate me? The branch manager the lady who was reported friend may I add closed down all my bank accounts in return. I would definitely advise avoiding this place at all costs as it’s worrying to think these are the kind of people meant to be looking after people’s money.
