My wife and I visited the Horsforth branch of Lloyds Bank. Covid-19 safeguards and procedures were well signposted and observed. We do not bank with that branch of Lloyds but we needed help with a complex currency transfer. The staff were very helpful and friendly, in particular Helen Duesbury went above and beyond the call of duty and helped us engage with Lloyds International in the Isle of Man. She followed up with us by phone and checked with us today. Thank you all at Lloyd’s Bank Town Street Horsforth. E & M

Stood outside queueing in the pouring rain at the Horsforth branch for 25 minutes as there were 2 guys inside at the counters. All I wanted to do was to pay some cash in at the paying in machine! Don't know what they were doing but it took forever, the staff are so slow and considering the branch is still only open 10-2pm for some reason, it's not ideal. Other banks are open normal working hours now! Not great customer service, could definitely do with improvement.
