5/ 5

I'm used to doing everything online, so I was already frustrated at having to go into a branch to update basic details, especially having already tried to do this by printing out and filling in a long form and sending it by post. Then I went to my local branch only to find it was closed for refurbishment, so had to drive all the way to the next town just to find an open branch. However, having arrived in a bad mood, all the staff I met were consistently kind, friendly and helpful to the point of exceeding expectations. They helped me with what I needed to do, and then suggested I have an on the spot appointment with a manager in order to further sort out my accounts, which had been stagnating for some time because I hate going into branches so much. By the time I left I was thoroughly impressed and cheered up, no mean feat for bank staff. Thank you and well done!

Lovely staff but the atm outside is always malfunctioning and you get dripped on when it's wet. Staff have reported the drip but then said the trouble was when engineer arrived it wasn't raining so couldn't solve the problem. Are you kidding us it's not rocket science that it needs a small canopy fitting. Unbelievable. ! ! !
