Staff are helpful however every time visit this branch the waiting times are really bad. They always seem to have technical difficulties with their computer system which makes it worse and takes even longer. Many times there has been only one member of staff serving the long que despite more available service desks.

For disabled Users You enter by the side door and up a slope there are a couple of doors but they are automatic. The main part of the bank has wide level spaces and if you need privacy there are rooms on that level that are easily accessed. It is often very busy though the staff told me the best time to come is after 2.30pm as not so busy then.

According to their website Saturday 14th November the Bradford branch was opening soon at 09:30. Went to town for that specific reason only to find doors locked and sign saying " closed". Thank you natwest, £2.00 to park and an hour of my Saturday morning wasted. Time I looked for another bank.
