Having been to most of the other banks in Cleckheaton and been presented with obstacles and barriers to block my way, HSBC went out of their way to help me navigate to where I needed to get to. I cannot say enough great things about the staff. I've been a customer for a little over a month now and still need some help from them every now and again so it is always a pleasure to pop into the branch and be greeted by a smiling, friendly face.

Opened my first bank account here (as Midland Bank) as a kid with my Mum and I still have it. The bank has helped me through testing times as a student and a young man, and also times when I haven't been quite as skint! I feel like I've grown up with this branch and the staff (some of whom have worked here for years and years) are exceptional, I can't thank you enough for your service and I'm absolutely gutted the branch is closing. You will be missed, thank you so much for all you've done for me and the people of Cleckheaton.
