It is a sad shame when your financial needs are in the hands of a computer, then they offer something with one hand and take back with the other. Was going to switch my mortgage to them but now i think i will be looking to change banks and take my business elsewhere.

States on the website it open at 09:30... I drive long distance to get here for 09:30 to be told by a sign on the door that it opens at 10am!! Think your page needs to be updated to show the CORRECT opening hours!! Had I known this ahead of my journey I would have used the town centre branch to save on fuel! Thanks NatWest!

This bank is dreadful, I cannot believe in 2021 they are still using paper and pens. Communication is none existent. Communications which were sent in December still have not reached this bank and it takes 30 minutes to complete a simple task.
