This was my first visit to Urban Chic. I had opted for Waxing services and I left the place very happy and extremely satisfied. The place is very clean , spacious and extremely hygienic. You can visit the place keeping aside all your worries as they follow every protocol for covid 19. The therapists were wearing masks all the time , you will get your reminder call and they will also assist you if you need help in reaching the place. Shannon was very warm and understanding. She was very good at her job and was in no hurry at all. I have booked my facial appointment too here and the therapist was very helpful in explaining the whole service.
