Nice girl and cosy room. Wouldn't give 5star just for little things like bed was too high so I struggled to get on and the hole in it was very damaged. Also lots of things in the room, so it felt cramped but the treatment itself was good.

Not impressed at all! Paid for LVL lash treatment. The technician did not introduce herself or explain the treatment to me, it was very unprofessional, and she burnt my eye lid with the wax. It was an uncomfortable experience for me and my lashes look no different. Highly do not recommend avoid avoid avoid!

I feel bad leaving a negative review as the staff are very welcoming and friendly, but perhaps their standards have slipped. The room I received my treatment in, the light switches were filthy. I even got a tissue and sanitiser myself and wiped one of them after I used it. They were brown and grimy and obviously hadn’t been cleaned in some time. This isn’t a great first impression when receiving an up close treatment. There was also no toilet paper in the ladies. The massage was a strange set up. The bed is against the wall- so how how you get to both sides of the customers body equally? There was no consistency and it was mostly done one handed, which was bizarre. I’ve had massages many times and never experienced this. The lights were up too high also and there was lots of chatting. As I say the staff are so nice but it should be a relaxing time out. The woman was also sniffling the whole time and not wearing a mask. Again not great when this is the same person doing your treatment. Lovely staff but there needs to be some hygiene standards implemented and perhaps some refreshers in massage.

The owner Bev did my mums eyebrows and I couldn’t believe how she let her leave her shop. My mum had to take time off work and is still very depressed! Really not happy. Bev should not be allowed to tattoo eyebrows, says wait 4 weeks still no better as I thought!
