Fabulous styling, very friendly staff, reasonable pricing,. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Since my last visit to Mutu I have been complimented several times on both the cut and colour and asked where I go, I cannot recommend Mutu high enough.

Best hair dresser I've ever had. Laura is so talented and all the ladies polite and helpful.

Disappointing experience. I've booked through the phone a pamper part77⁷y for my 9 years old and her friends. Been told a price but when I've went to make the payment the price was another one, more precisely instead of 20£/pers it was 23.5£/pers. For that price the girls got some braids, nail polish and some glitter on their cheeks. The way that the hair was done, the nails and the " supposed " kids make up, it was absolutely disappointing. The pamper party was finished in 45 minutes and and the girls that were making the nails, hair and make up were clearly inexperienced. My daughter when she left she said" mom even you could've done a better hair and nails". I don't recommend it because it doesn't worth the money for the services that you get.

Great team of girls. There's always a warm & welcome atmosphere in the salon. Constantly keeping up with the latest products & treatments. Can't recommend them enough.

I recently went to Mutu in Headingley to have my hair coloured for a special occasion. I asked that my appointment was with someone experienced in applying colour and when I arrived, mentioned that I wanted a 'natural' effect. However the finished effect was awful with white blond bars of highlights which were not at all what I wanted. After five, yes five hours I left with the blond bars covered with a gingery brown colour. A meagre £8 discount was given but it still cost me £88! The salon was busy with 'regulars' who obviously have the same hairdresser and a usual hairstyle but my appointment nearly ruined a special day....Fortunately John Lewis salon were able to work wonders and do a professional job - wish I had just gone there in the first place..

New to area and looking for a hairdresser to use regularly. Website is good and clear about services and prices. Unfortunately could not find suitable appointment slot so have to go elsewhere for now. Maybe next time.

Always excellent. Best haircuts and colours, myself and my family have ever had. All the staff are very professional and friendly and you are given a thorough consultation throughout, nothing is too much trouble. Extremely talented stylists. Spacious, relaxing salon which is V. Covid friendly; had our own room; staff wearing visors and masks; everything hygienically cleaned. Safe environment. Highly recommend.

We have been client's of Lisa Brogan's ever since we moved to our current home. We were walk-in clients initially, and we never left. How Lisa and her team have adapted to the pandemic climate has been exemplary. I feel as confident in their anti-virus measures as I do in Lisa's professional skills. I couldn't recommend mutu more highly and look forward to the salon thriving in this difficult times.

Had an appointment with Lisa, she was so nice, it was strange having my haircut with the new rules and wearing a mask, but I felt just as pampered and my hair looked AMAZING. I have alopecia and Lisa was so sensitive about it, recommended products and services that she knew would help. I hope I can go back before Christmas but who knows with lockdown! I would recommend this hairdressers and Lisa in particular to anyone
