December 2021 …. I called a couple of days before my MOT and Service was due and spoke with Deborah on bookings. I explained I had forgotten to book and she told me not to worry and managed to book me in for a last minute MOT the following day. I was looked after by Alex on the day. Unfortunately, my vehicle failed the MOT but Alex was very helpful with getting one of the main items repaired for me. I took the vehicle away for another item. Once complete, Deborah booked me in with another quick appointment and this time I was looked after by Stuart. My vehicle was in and out in a couple of hours. I had my four month old grand daughter with me on the day so the speed was appreciated. She was mesmerised with the twinkling Christmas Tree lights on the lovely Tree in the waiting area! I asked for some new wipers to be put on the vehicle last minute and this was also done with no complaints. Thank you to everyone involved. The whole process seemed daunting as I had left it late to book the MOT but it was very smooth even when presented with an issue. Great service from the whole team at Mercedes-Benz Of Leeds.

Great service from Sarah who was my assigned point of contact. She was excellent and able to answer questions I had in a very timely manner. Extremely friendly and great customer service throughout. Also George who delivered my car was fantastic. So friendly and no question was a silly one. Would definitely recommend!!

Stuart and his team at the Leeds site- customer service at its finest! From excellent communication throughout the time my car was in, arranging a driver for me due to no courtesy car to and from work, he really went above and beyond. He is very likeable and very polite at all times. He made me feel like a valued customer. He is a huge asset to Mercedes’ Benz!

Outstanding service from Eduard very professional, knowledgeable and patient. He is an absolute asset to the company. I went in with my partner looking for our first Mercedes Benz. We are usually very picky so it takes quite a long time for us to agree to anything. Eduard made us feel comfortable, at ease and he also managed to find a car after hours of us saying no that’s not the one. He made sure our whole experience was hassle free and very straight forward. Received a call from Donna who was polite and friendly. Booked my car for a service and a MOT. Donna then kindly pointed out that because I was more than likely to need servicing in the future I would be financially better off by joining the Service Care Plan scheme. Very professional service and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!
