I had a full set off tyres fitted 4 years ago and paid for tracking doing at the same time. sadly the kid doing the tracking snapped the nut on the tracking rod in the process which had to be repaired before tracking could be done. i was told come back anytime and have the tracking done. i then went to uni down south and have only just returned to leeds. so i booked the car in for a tyre replacing and the tracking doing. when i booked i was told all was ok. just been down and the kid is saying no we are charging you for it. i told him i had already paid (even though it was a while ago) he said it doesnt matter still charging. wont be using again no honour.

Bit of a shambles..orderd a tyre online, waited 45 minutes to be told i had ordered the wrong tyre or the online team had sent the wrong tyre. Phoned the online team whilst driving away as they couldnt sort anything for me in the garage. After two slightly painfull phone calls with the online department, i had actually orderd the right tyre and they had sent the wrong invoice and they hadnt spotted it in the garage! Had to then go back later in the afternoon and wait nearly an hour to get it changed. 2 hours + to get one tyre changed, the guy in the garage did apologise, but is a bit of a joke.

Ordered 2 tyres, turned up on time for my timeslot. It still took 1hr 15 mins to do the job despite there being only one other customer there (also having tyres fitted) he got there before me and was still there when I left. They put my car up, took the wheels off, then disappeared for 20 mins. He tightened the wheel nuts with the air wrench, then checked them with a torque wrench: It clicked immediately on all the nuts, indicating that they were already over tight.
