I am so happy with the service I received . I took my car in for a MOT and waited for it. It was so quick not even an hour. Very efficient and helpful. Would recommend them 100 %.

The manager was very helpful, organising lifts for us back home and picking me up when the work was done. Full marks to him! However, one of the problems was the orange engine light on our Honda Jazz was always on. He assured us the problem could be fixed and when I picked up the car it was off. BUT the very next day the engine light was on again, I need this fixed please.

Car booked in for 3 days at Halfords Roseville, for an electrical fault, MOT and service. 20.12.19 I rang them to be told 'it wasn't ready but would definitely be ready by 21.12.19.' 21.12.19 I rang at 4.30pm to be told the car has failed its MOT because of the electrics. But the electrical diagnostic is on his Christmas Holiday. Do I want my broken car back? What a waste of my time. I would still be non the wiser if I hadn't rung them.

Felt very comfortable at this garage, MOT’s usually set me on edge but the staff were very nice and professional. Parking around the area too and not far from the city if you have some time to kill while your car is being checked

I arrived 10 minutes before closing with a wing mirror that had become unstuck just ahead of a long motorway journey. Without any fuss, the mechanic kindly stuck my mirror back on. This gesture of kindness was hugely appreciated and enabled my safe journey home. Thank you once again.

I am more than happy with the quality of service I received and would recommend this branch without any hesitation. The staff are friendly and I really felt they were dedicated to giving their best.

I had my mot done here, I must say they were very prompt, and also they had waited for me to get there in time to pick my car up before they closed. Very polite. Great job.

Spent a whopping £780 for MOT and service, plus repairs for MOT. I'm sure i could of got it cheaper but my fault for leaving the MOT till last minute, so just went with it. No real complaint there, but first thing i noticed when picking up my car was the windscreen washer light was on advising empty screen wash. Topping up is part of "Interim Service", if they forgot to do that, what else have they "forgotten"?? Little things like this does affect my confidence with using Halfords and i may well rethink and try somewhere else next time.
