I booked a car for collection when i got off the train on a Saturday afternoon primarily as they give their location as being next to the station. I paid my money but the confirmation didn't come through. I checked the correspondence the next morning and noticed that the collection point was from Europcar which is miles away and closed on a Saturday afternoon. I opened the chat window and was told that sometimes it took up to 48 hours to confirm bookings that were 'out of hours'. I cancelled as i knew it was not going to work. I was given the option of a pick up at Leeds Bradford airport which didn't work for me. I later called Europcar and they confirmed that they were closed from midday Saturday. I got a full refund but felt slightly deceived by the whole experience.
