Absolutely appalling company never ever have l had such an appalling experience. 4 days l am waiting for them to collect the vehicle after a rta which was not my fault. The hire car came with dumber and dumber. The car was filthy couldn’t see out the window screen never mind the mirrors. Avoid at all costs highly disappointing

Would of given minus stars! They dropped off a battered Astra with the engine oil warning service light on. Then I was on the motorway and pressed the screen wash and none came out and the screen got covered in mud! God knows how this company is the biggest rental company in the country. Avoid if possible, I couldn't unfortunately but will pass on my comments to my company.

Waited on their costly phone line for over half an hour, never got called back..as promised. They couldn't provide a date when I might get a hire vehicle. I won't be using them again.

Shocking service,I work for a very large company who use this outfit,we asked for a Ford or Merc Van with AC,they delivered a battered Citroen with no AC then argued the toss that we didn’t order it with AC so we just resent the original email. Money making outfit,was way better when we could just ring the provider but no doubt there’s a back hander involved….???

Once, this was a good company. They have grown too big to care about their customers.
