Enterprise Rent-A-Car – Leeds Bradford Airport leeds

We picked up a car last weekend. Ollie was the staff member who looked after us. He was very helpful and pleasant, showed us to the car. Was there also when we arrived back. The whole process was easy and quick, and the car was immaculate, inside and out. Thank you, and would definitely recommend Enterprise, at Leeds Bradford.

Clean reliable cars with easy 5min shuttle bus to the airport even on Sundays. Easy pick up and drop off. Great service by the manager I had an issue with a member of staff not explaining the excess very well and she sorted it out as I got charged 3x as much as the car rental was.

Sadly, the exterior of the car was presented in a filthy condition which made it impossible to check for minor knocks and bumps. The manager was very apologetic and gave us a rebate on the fuel. Wait to see what happens on return.

Very good hire place but need to pay attention cars interior. Prices could be better.

Hi there, I wanted to say a big "thank you" to your team member - unfortunately I am not sure about his name, I think it was Hassan? - who noticed I was running late for my flight on Tuesday evening last 19 Feb and very kindly gave me a lift up to the terminal building at Leeds Bradford. Chose to use enterprise as my accident service,everything was great up until having to hand the car back because apparently the “at fault” insurance company had paid out to the finance company my written off car was with. Was told to go and get an extension as I had not received payout from my finance company to go and get another car,was lied to (by Claire the manager) about calls being recorded-she said they weren’t-later found out by a lovely lady in complaints called Rhonda that they are recorded... This was obviously said so then calls were not pulled and listened to as the manager tried to argue the toss with me telling me I had been paid out when she failed to instruct me that I should be contacting my finance company to remove a marker which released money to me and because I could not arrange to get the car back to them as I could not arrange transportation to get from the nearest branch with two infants in tow and also wasn’t offered anyone to collect the car from me they took £201 for the privilege of the branch managers own incompetence this morning leaving me with £8 in my bank and my 6yr old sons birthday on Sunday and no way of living or buying gifts for my son. This has been the worst customer service experience from last Tuesday up until now in my life and I would urge anyone who has this branch as an option to deal with their accident claim not to go there and stick with your insurance company because the manager only cares about results and not about the customer from lies to lack of empathy I’m beyond sick at my experience with the Leeds Bradford branch. Currently waiting on a call back from Gary the area manager and will be requesting all recent calls are pulled and listened to. I lost it through sheer frustration with the manager having been placed under pressure to return the vehicle without any other means of transportation but up until last week and dealings with this woman the experience was good
