WORST TAXI COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED! I never write reviews but I felt as though this complaint was definitely needed following a very bad experience with this firm. The operator is so rude and does not know how to speak to people properly. Also avoid the driver in a BLACK ASTRA! Ask if he is coming for your job and if he is, request someone else. He is evil! He didn't believe that I had money at the end of my journey where he was dropping me off so when I explained to him he stopped the car and told me and my 3 young children to get out of the car in the middle of nowhere (bearing in mind this was at 8:30am and we were getting late for school!) I tried persuading him that I had money but he didn't care. My young daughter was crying her eyes out (she was distraught when she went to school!) and he didn't even show a sign of remorse! Evil I would say. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, CALL ANOTHER LOCAL FIRM!

Used these guys for many years. I once had a not too great experience with one driver but have since spoken to Maj the manager at this place who handled the issue with a great deal of professionalism and I am now satisfied. Appreciate the great customer service when a problem was raised Maj! On the whole a good honest firm!

This taxi firm is disgusting, they have cost me and my partner a lot of money due to lateness that could have been avoided and ignorance in their correspondence, they have caused me and my partner to be late for work on plenty of occasions, even causing each of us to be sent home and lose a days wages due to their lack of reliability, just this morning i phoned a taxi with 20 minutes notice and it was 20 minutes late still with no point of contact made by the firm until i phoned them and was told it is on its way, it isnt good enough. I phoned eccleshill premier taxis for a taxi which came within 2 minutes of me phoning however when i arrived to work i was 2 minutes late due to wrose taxis unreliability and sent home losing 86pound in wages and then the cost of the taxi, in total they have cost myself and my partner a loss of 156 pound in wages, i have been loyal to this firm and expect to be treated as a priority customer but they can simply not deliver, will never use them again, really wouldnt advise them, they need to get their acts together.

Terrible company. Terrible staff. They really can't be bothered with you. Driver of FG10 UUT Vauxhall Astra is particularly strange and his driving leaves a lot to be desired. Very scary. Him and driving. Get in this taxi at your peril. Best avoid at all cosy if you value your life. I used to use regularly but the cars and drivers are a really scruffy lot now who couldn't care less. Go elsewhere.

Disgraceful customer service booked in plenty of time. Arrival time comes get told it’s going to be another 2 hours. Opperator says you have legs I advise you use them

Waste of time using this taxi firm, don't know how it runs. Used these lot twice and both occasions they picked up someone else and made me wait 20 mins

Turned up at wrong location. Couldn't speak English. Didn't know where I wanted to be. Used Google maps but was unable to follow the instructions. Driving was dangerous. Had to shout and point the route. Stopped in middle of a busy junction as he was unable to follow any instruction and shrugged his shoulders nearly causing an accident. Was glad to get out. Best avoided

The taxi drivers are lovely. However the only thing I have to complain about is just how rude and nasty the operator was to a taxi driver! Abusive, aggressive and nasty! No taxi driver should be treat how this taxi driver was by an operator. This taxi operator should be ashamed of himself. But apart from a lovely company Replying to response: I was a bit shocked with what I was told. Please tell the apologise to the operator. I think I was a bit shocked. I am very sorry to the operator
